MonoMate is going OpenSource
After some good feedback I decided to make MonoMate an OpenSource project.
I use code.google.com as the projects host. The license will be GPL v2. I have never started an OpenSource Project, so if you see any problems with the license or have some expirience to share - let me know!
I will modify my version of the source a bit, wait for some comments/mails and then publish it. The project itself is already there at
http://code.google.com/p/monomate/
When the source is available I will post a notification here.

Simon Hayes:
this is great news.
I struggled a couple of weeks, months ago, to have C# plug-ins on Xcode with no luck.
Yesterday I found out this software.
I was going to ask you to build a Tiger version of it, but today I saw it went OpenSource. Downloaded on the spot and I’ll try to compile it myself.
I hope to come back with good news!

Julius:
great. I have no Tiger so I cannot convert it myself.
I just uploaded the source. If you manage to implement the Tiger-Version, it would be nice if you could contact me: eckert.julius@gmail.com
The way you should start is replacing the 2.0 Monobjc-DLLs in the tools/lib-folder with the 1.0 ones. check out http://www.monobjc.net for more informations.
